My goodness, Nathan, you must NEVER have had to go through their complaints procedure.
Like, for instance, when your account gets blocked because some scammer decides to claim he didn't receive goods and they believe his word over your proof of postage etc etc !

I've found Ebay & PayPal, over the years, to be the most unhelpful (automated standard responses) uninterested and untouchable companies I've ever had the misfortune of having a complaint with. I thought ScottishPower was bad!! Unlike power companies they really are a law unto themselves - Consumer Direct won't look at a complaint about them, neither will Trading Standards, OFT, FSA or the Police! believe me... I've been at that stage in the past!

This list is very useful, although (touch wood) I'm planning to avoid having to use them.

Great Post, howeve be warned - eBay can be a bit nasty if you use there phone support if your not a powerseller or business.
