Yes i know this thank you and agree with the £5 product quote,I think Amazon should review there ratings as 2 negative feeback out off over 300 transactions is ridiculous.

30 dayers are really common, we've been given them even when meeting every target set us. What is your actual negative feedback rate?

Negative is 12% but that changes relating to 30day rating and total sales

feedback rating wise was 1 for 1 item and 2 for another

its a real problem on Amazon, very few people bother to leave feedback and the ones that do are often the ones that are not happy. The ones that are just walk away with their product happily

eBay is worse... Last week had one of my accounts restricted for 4 weeks until i can approve my Buyer Satisfaction - all because of 1 neutral and a item not received dispute (same buyer). Buyer left neutral after a week with no contact and then openned dispute. Dispute was closed the same day - full refund given as tracking was still showing as just being accepted at my local PO.

1 neutral out of 200 feedback (on that account) = a Seller Performance Suspension!

It makes a change to see someone else other than eBay doing ridiculous things like this.

Hope you get it sorted soon.

Robert, you'll sort it out. You're a good guy and a pleasure to work with, Amazon will see that.
