Default Screwed by amazon

Amazon this morning restricted my account due too 2 bad feedbacks out off 300+ transactions under its seller performance ratings
This i find is absolutely ridiculous as they run feedback on a rolling 30day rating scheme.
Has anybody else had this issue as i have spent thousands on stock and have now had to sign back up on ebay which i did not want to do as the fees are way too high now on there

Don't want to sound negative here, but why's that always people when get punished by Amazon or eBay don't look @ their own mistakes? There's always someone to blame...

Why did you get those 2 bad feedbacks in first place? Was it just a bad luck? Then I'm sorry for you..

I believe if there are rules to follow (same for everyone) you simply follow the rules.

One was item sent back because a child could not operate,If items are not wanted a 15% restock fee is chargeable for packing, time etc, which i asked amazon about and they said do as i think best so i refunded 100% then but he still left a 2 rating(which is then a negative)and the other was an mp4 which went out with no software disc which i replaced but she did not recieve and then left a 1 rating(again goes as negative)
I also listed 3 ipod 120gb units which sold but amazon had listing problems that weekend and THEY listed 6 and sold 6 so i had to cancel 3 orders which went against me also
These issues i do not feel were not my fault

It seems the buyers were a little too hasty in leaving negative feedback.

Have you supplied amazon with proof, I assume they operate an appeal scheme?

Amazon are tough no doubt. I currently have 100% feedback on ebay but can't seem to keep Amazon punters happy to the same degree.

really really hard to keep Amazon punter happy. They want to pay bottom price for top drawer products and are unhappy when their £5 product doesn't match up to a £30 equivalant.

Just remember, if the negative feedback is a pure product review you can get them to remove it.
