Hi everyone, I got an order from someone who lives in the U.K., and had a few questions:

If I ship via UPS or FedEx from the United States to the U.K., and I declare the value on the items, is VAT included in my shipping price?

If VAT is not included in that price, and I ship the item to my customer, will HE have to pay the VAT on the items? Or will it come back to me?

As far as I know UPS and possibly Fedex allow you to charge the VAT back to the shipper, you have to tick a box on the shipping document.

The VAT is not included in the shipping price.
