I know, see what happens tomorrow.

If they held full package fair do's but taking 24 consoles out and leaving chargers is a bit weird.

Hate to say it, but they may also have been stolen. We have had literally dozens of orders (not consoles, mainly phones) received with missing memory cards and/or chargers, etc. Phones are always there, but many accessories / add-ons missing.

This is with a supervisor standing there watching the orders being packed and signing off on them being complete. It has gotten to the point we were suspecting the Chinese customs people. There is also a middle party in most shipments from China, the shipping agent whose employees or contractors pick up the packages from the seller. Then the shipping agent is responsible to get them to the correct carrier. Unlike the US and I assume the UK, the express companies do not send their people for the pickups.

So there are many hands involved. We've never encountered entire shipments being stolen, just the little things inside.

One exception, We did ship 50 consoles to a buyer in Boston and he claimed he only get 46, that the package had been opened, etc. Never got to the bottom of that one, but other than than one I've never had a package "raided" for major units.

Yours are from a different rebuilder, so it may be a package design problem or something of that sort.

We ship in lots of 100 to Japan and they go right through Japanese customs.

Same with the US, I have buyers there buying in 50s and 100s and no problem with US customs. Ship by DHL, who play by the book and we make no attempts to avoid any duties or fees, our customers are legitimate companies who play by the rules.

That may change tomorrow, but we've never had any problem with customs. My only problem is getting enough to fill orders. We can literally sell more than the factory can produce, we are now their sole customer and they can't keep up.

The fact that there is a heatwave in Shenzhen and the Chinese government has shut off electricity to all factories for the last 3 or 4 days isn't helping much, either.

Pete it could take 10 days for brand holder to decide9if that is what is holding it up) and they can request in writing a further extension of 10 days so we could be looking at 20 days tops for him to get a reply.

I had 5 boxes in customs for around 4 weeks on my first order, they are a bloody nightmare, between DHL and customs they couldn't score in a brothel!

Had the MP3's taken, all I can conclude is because there was a logo owned by Apple on the boxes, I asked to have the MP3 and let them keep the boxes, this was declined.

Hope it all works out Will
