Although i dont have a powerseller account, ive had one ebay account for ages and also verifed paypal account.

From that account money does not go on hold but my new one did, i emailed ebay and paypal explaining about my 2 accounts and existing verified paypal account... therefore told them it was pointless and frustrating having my new account funds being held.

Ebay blamed paypal for the money being held and paypal blamed Ebay lol

Long story short they didnt want to know so had to wait for second account to reach the required DSR..

good luck!

ps: most frustrating on a new account and having money being held is people not leaving feedback and having to wait a whole TWENTY ONE DAYS!
but damn what a nice feeling it was having funds recieved straight away again lol

If you ever think that you've been mis-treated by Paypal or in fact any financial authority contact the financial ombudsman http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/

Simply telling Paypal that you've submitted a complaint to the FO will get their attention as for them to deal with a case from the FO costs them at least 250 pounds
