I have heard lots about this to fight fraud. i have been using the same paypal account for years linked to which is now my buisness acount on ebay. So i have now made a new ebay acocunt to sell some goods as seconds ect linked to my well used very established paypal account thats linked to 2 names now but they are holding all funds from the new ebay name. its not alot of money going though my new name granted. But its supposed to be to help fruad how can they justify stopping funds from 1 account and not from my other. idiots

It's a good point - But PayPal seem to have to power to do want they want. Not sure if there are any banking regulations on this in regards to fraud.

Yes and then you have to wait for feedback from the customer or 21 days until the money is released. I think in your case it is harsh as your PayPal account would show how much money you have had going through it which should in turn favour you selling on eBay.

this really sucks, i complained to ebay and paypal about this and they both just blamed eachother for this happening and wouldnt take responsibility or offer any resolution.
