if you mean "on pay day when does the money appear in my account", then it will be that actual working day. If pay day is a weekend or banking holiday then depending on your employers it will either be the nearest working day before or after the holiday.

I know that but at what time 00.01AM or at a certain time?

my wages always show at 12am

well i can awnser now it didnt go in at 12am haha

It is quite often start of business or close of business, updates are rarely posted in between unless you do something via a cashier within the bank.

I may be a bit late with this reply, but.....

Wife has Halifax account, and any funds paid in do not appear until after 9am! Trying to get he to change, as it ruins alot of things when you can't get cash out at 7am, ready for a day out.
