Question Postcodes within a radius

As many of you know my new wine company offers free delivery within 20 miles of Peterborough.

I am trying to find a full list of postcodes within the 20 mile radius, I do not need the full postcode, example of what I need below. (the * show the bits I dont need)

PE4 1**

I have already tried Royal Mail, any ideas?

You could try http://www.qas.co.uk/company/glossary/llpg.htm
We use LLPG Data but it may be a bit overkill for what you need.

Is this for a website verification, if it is, you could use the google API to get the distance of the delivery postcode and check its under 20 miles?

Would you not be better off naming areas ??

Wisbeach, Kings'lynn, Sutton Bridge, Long sutton, Spalding, Bourne, Corby, Huntingdon, Chatteris, March.

As most small villages will have these within the name (i.e Terrington st clements, King's lynn Or Whapole Highway, Wisbeach )

I think this will end up charging someone that is in the free area as there are sure to be people that dont use the names of the places I enter which will result in credits having to be made and get messy.

Its basically a fancy web service that exposes lots of methods. Lots more than you need, and its free.

I written a utility for a expenses form which worked out the mileage claim from two postcodes, I cheated and used a httpwebrequest building the url with the postcodes, Then I ripped the mileage from the response.

It worked quite well if a little messy.
This was in ASP.NET btw
