Seriously, what is £2.77 really worth?

Do you seriously believe that eBay will allow you to open another account under the same name if they do decide to close it?

Or were you planning on a fraudulent account with a false name, address, bank account, etc?

They may well just warn you at first but if they do I strongly suggest that you take notice, however, I still say it is not really worth the risk but you will do whatever you do regardless of ethics or rules/regulations, everyone else has to pay and abide to the rules so why do you feel they owe you the right to be any different?

Sorry if this comes accross as a bit harsh but I just say what I think and believe in being straight with people.

if you haven't sent them just await the outcome of the review before you do, if you have, basically it's the same as last time

as another member said though they had a payment like this and it cleared then got charged back afterwards. i don't want to really take the risk but don't want to loose out on buisness if it's a genuine customer

Thing is with paypal it can not really be guranteed to not get chargebacks (which can even happen several months down the line), so that is always a risk, especially if you are only using electronic delivery, unfortunately there is no 100% surefire way to guarantee online transactions, the only thing that you really can rely on is percentages and the majority of transactions being "above board" so to speak. Basically, no-one can tell you what to do, whether to send or not send, just go with your own instinct and your own experiences.
