Hey guys,
i recently just used
www.discountfreight.co.uk, they looked really trustworthy.
So i selected a 20kg box 120cm and paid about 150 pound with insurance. it is to be sent to Singapore.
it has been more than 15 days since i paid but they have not collected the box yet.
they do not answer their email (i emailed them 5 times), and their call goes to a calling centre and that is of no use.
i found alot of complain from

it seems that they have other similar business under the same name.

it seems they do not care after taking the money.
what should i do now? or anyone who know the people in charge so that i can call them up to settle it. it might be poor customer service but i hope if i can speak to the person in charge everything will be cleared up.
