basically paying via bank account is immediate whilst paying by credit/debit card can take a few days to process, although generally it doesn't.

and your paypal balance is the amount of money you have in your paypal account.
when you recieve money it goes up.
when you send money it goes down!

i've done the same just waiting for paypal to pay me a few pennies
and then send off the agreement
