I'm in the process of setting up my e-commerce business. At present time, my gross profit would be anything from £1-£5.

Some of the products are bulky though. Can you recommend what packaging materials do you use and from what company do you purchase (boxes, tapes etc...)

Also, I'm confuse as to how much customers should be charge for postal and courier service.

We used to run a packaging business a few years back and we used to buy quite a bit of stuff from Macfarlane. If you are buying in quantity they will supply you. Regarding your courier problem you could have a look at http://www.boxby.co.uk/
