I've discussed shipping with one particual supplier. I told them that I would like the order shipped to me 'door to door'.

This is their reply...

""the shipping, we can arrange door to door service like we do as usual. Could you do us a favor to send us a DHL account or others which has the right of cash on delivered? Thank you in advance.""

I'm unfamiliar with DHL. I know that is like UPS but what is he referring to about 'cash on delivered'.
Is there a possible risk in telling him an DHL account number if I get one?

Sorry for the newbie questions. I'm learning, slowly but surely.
