Angry Paypal anyone having trouble

well logged on to day and i was suddenly in debt £562.32 and i have no idea why so i rang the old people over at paypal and they told me they didnt know why there was any debt so i told them well why am i in debt then and he just told me it was an error and to try paypal later so i did this time i was limited and in debt still so i rang up again and after 4 phone calls im still limited all aparently due to odd ativity even though the only activity recently was done by them for a settlement chargeback so im quite ticked off and now im not allowed back on paypal until i pay debt off even though i dunno why im in debt.

Can anyone offer some help or adive

Stay away from Paypal is my advice.
They just shut my account because i didnt add a bank account plus they wont pay me the money thats in there this is the second time Paypal have done it i will never use them again.
I told them i cant open a new bank account but they never directly answer my questions utter disgrace.

Hi,
To be honest, PayPal for me is OK. My advice to is to call them up one more time and ask politely why your in debt and what’s the issue. Lucky I'm not in this situation lol.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
That’s the thing...you shouldn't mess with PayPal by doing chargeback’s...if you needed to get your money back then you should have gone to the "Resolution Centre"

Hope this helps.

the person you sold the xbox to must have filed a chargeback, hence the credit card company taking the money from paypal, and paypal passing it on to you

Hi,
I think it means that the customer that bought the Xbox you sold, did a chargeback against PayPal which means that you owe PayPal money.
