Did a Buy It Now on a PS3 game yesterday from a HK seller, the game comes to a total of around £22. Is it possible that such a seller can get them cheaper and make a profit or is he/she ripping people off.

Thanks

PS : Not yet paid for the game but he/she has feedback for not sending items but is giving refunds, there is feedback where some have recieved games though.

This is Buy It Now im talking about but in auction I did pick up a PS3 game for only £17 from a diff seller and it arrived ok.

What title is this? I find it hard to belive that they can get them for that price.

I have found that these PS3 games are the cheapest amongst my suppliers:

Genji: Days Of The Blade
Fight Night Round 3
Tiger Wood PGA Tour 07
Need for Speed Carbon: Own the City

I also asked my supplier and he said that it would be impossible to get them at those prices even for someone such as thereselves who is able to buy direct from the publisher. The only one reason it could be possible if there selling these items at cost.

The game is Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, he does sell other games at a more convincing price and most seem to get sent out.

Maybe he's trying to boost his feedback by offering cheap games then refunding people by not sending them off.

Heres his shop http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Big-Children-Zone

It is possible from my suppliers but with a small margin, I was amazed how cheap even shops were selling PSP games for in HK though, so perhaps he just has an extremely good supplier. Don't forget that HK is a free port so they don't have the added costs of VAT and they save on eBay fees with higher postage costs.

there is a saying in hk, retail price is wholesale price. it is possible to get these price, but the margin is quite small. if u visit hk yourself , there is a game shop in sin tat where u can find the cheapest game(original brand new) in hk. the owner is called grandma of sin tat. it is very well-known. she is very kind and helpful, u won't miss it if u visit sin tat. u can also find the latest mobile phone in sin tat, but don't buy it unless u are an expert!! loads of refurbished phones there.what u will get is a brand new phone with old battery or second hand memory card.

We get Genji: Days Of The Blade for £21.30 shipped so these prices are believable just can't imagine and eBay seller can profit from them with all the fees. I would think Japan is the cheapest place for games my supplier buys from Japan and imports to Singapore.
