I'm new to the cell phone reselling business so dont know many things about it. So I apologize upfront for my stupid questions.

I am trying to buy several cell phones from a wholesaler...I've been in contact with him for a while via email. Since I'm new to this I didnt know half the time what he was selling. Therefore, he was afraid of selling them to me because he didnt wanna give me something I didnt wanna buy.

So here I am trying to figure out what he was trying to sell.

This is what he said in his 2 reply.
"they are sold as power up and good LCD only."
"The phones are Handsets only, no accessories. They are only guaranteed to power up and have a good LCD, nothing else."

SO here is the stupid question and I do apologize for this..

What does he mean by the Phones are headset only...they are sold asPower Up and good LCD only?
The answer to this question might be really simple and I probably already know it but someone smart then me please clarify.

They are used or refurbed phones. They test them to see if they power up and thats all. They sell the handset only - ie. no charger, box, manual, etc.

if you dont trust the seller,. you may get phones that are damaged but do indeed turn on and the lcd works, they may not charge or call out, so you may just have a job lot of phones that can be sold for parts,

If they are as you say power on tested, then im 100% sure they have not been refurb' and are in a well used 2nd had state,

I was offered a number of samsung D500 ,. UNTESTED at 35GBP each,. yes indeed i did turn the offer down in a polite manner,

some firms will sell you tested phones and say they are untested just to make a quick turn around, and you the buyer will just have phones which are scrap / spare pairs.

power on tested phones are not worth nothing much, depening on model, so refer the price to the wholesale or RRP price, and a ruff repair price of parts you may need,
