Does anyone know who does these wholesale ?

I have seen them on 'tinternet for 10 for £40, not sure if they are genuine. Looking at the product it can't cost more than £1 landed.

dusters that are electric I think...I think it's them where if you turn on bid up tv at like 4 in the morning they advertise these dusters that spin around, I think it's them.
