Hi folks

I am interested in selling branded clothing. However do not know if this breaches trading regulations for example if i was selling lacoste polos would i need a licence from them.

It varies from brand to brand, some have much tighter distribution channels than others.

It would be best to contact the brand direct or list the brands here that you are enquiring about.
