i would like to know if we will be able to find suppliers of iphone 3G when it will come out and if we can estimate it's price

Sold out already! o2 stores will only have a handful each for the launch tomorrow.
They are not available wholesale only with a contract. Expect that to change in November when they are released on PAYG.

Can you just walk into the shop and buy one with out a contract and unlock it.

Have you been on holiday for the last month? 
No you can not just buy one. Well you can but you have to sign up to a 18 month contract on the spot, the same way with any other phone.
