Default Please do not call a supplier SCAMMER so easily

I find that people here sometimes call a supplier "SCAMMER" without any thinking or even serious inspection, It is totally wrong .

The percentage of scammer is very quite low, most suppliers are trying very hard to build up a business. Maybe, they are not so perfect in all aspects, but they are working hard for perfection. So we can not just call them "SCAMMER" and let their efforts in vain.

As a supplier, we are meeting scam buyers very often too, asking for price, smple, saying that their quantity is big and asking for free smaple not even paying the freight. We trusted them and sent sample, then never heard from again? The buyers and suppliers are equal. What we need is RESPECT.

People here saying that Chinese goods are copies or replicas, I do not quite agree either. China got the branded goods too and people here love them like LI-NING, 361°etc, they are also sponsor of big sports events like Olympic, if you are a big wholesaller, you can purchase them directly. Because they are very strict on retailers. You really pay for what you get if purchasing from China. Because main brands like NIKE, ADIDAS got their own sales channel, so forget about importing these brands.

I'm sorry but what's with this topic.

Why are you here asking for RESPECT. I think you will find the majority of the people on this forum treat business with respect and try to conduct themselves in this way when talking to suppliers.

The suppliers labelled on these boards as "Scammers" only have themselves to blame for this.

Only fake websites and websites selling fakes get this label because that is what they are, they are creating goods to scam buyers, maybe not there direct buyers who realise there items are fake but the innocent people who don't know any better when they buy these goods at various places are being scammed in directly because of these "Scamming" suppliers.

If you cannot handle false inquiries then why are you in business. In an ideal world I wouldn't receive spam emails from Chinese suppliers, I wouldn't receive sales calls on a weekly bases but this is what accompanies being in business.

If you are having problems with people walking away without paying then that's your fault. Just like its our fault if we pay for something and never receive it. You should put in place procedures such as deposits to get over this problem or don't bother with someone who refuses to pay for a sample.
