You can only get them either 4GB or 8GB, if your only looking for one then eBay is your best bet.

If you just want the one (or 3) I can supply you. If you do want to go into wholesale, I seem to remember someone having some for sale in the market place on this forum.

I have research in this area and I have to say there is very very small margins if you intend to sell on eBay.
I have contacted numerous suppliers and factories, getting prices and doing a lot of calculations only to come to the conclusion that it's not worth it.

Calculations:
I have been in direct contact with the factories and got the price, if ordering 1000 which is there MOQ that the price per unit would be $3.30 incl shipping to the United Kingdom. Now once you add VAT @ 15% and customs at 4% or such you get around $4 per card which would be £2.37.
Now these are selling on eBay for around £3.25 from the massive powersellers, once you calculate the costs with eBay and paypal so that would be another £0.63 + postage.
You come to the conclusion that without powerseller status/merchant account you would still lose money per sale and is thus not worth it.

Best of luck, but there a little to no margins in this area.

If you're looking to make money on eBay, check out the market place on here. Don't just look for expensive things or the most popular items such as phones, consoles etc....There are pleanty of adverts on here selling things which could make you a small fortune on eBay, you've just got to look and find the little gems.

I myself have a few items up for sale that should do exactly that for you.

Also, having the lowest eBay price isn't everything. I've sold things on eBay at way higher prices than others have had the items advertised. Its all about how you advertise it to the seller.
