I used to work for Argos back when I was 16.. take a print out of the prices in the checkout. If they get funny show them and demand that they honour the price and that you have come 1 hour journey to get them etc Usually works and you should walk away with a bargain lol

Amazon have got a good deal on wii sports resort pack at the mo, buy that for £164.99, get either fifa 10 or star wars clone wars or disney sing it for £15 (making it RRP of £179.99 but with an extra top level game), PLUS add another selected game free, so basically you can get it for rrp price with 2 extra games.

lol at the argos thing - i noticed a bug on their 2 for £45 deal as some products had been reduced but were still being counted as full price meaning you only paid for the lower priced item... anyway, long story short they didnt honour it either!

No worries - looks like they put the price up a quid since I ordered, but still a v good price nethertheless! Glad it helped someone - I get through tonnes of this stuff each year!
