Hi All, wasnt sure where to post this thread so I thought here would be a good start.
I noticed that Argos are selling a product online for twice the price I am selling for.
Is it legal for me to say on my website something like this.
"Hey - our price is half the price Argos are selling at.... etc"
Or would argos come down crying all over the show with legal teams etc.
Cheers

I am not 100% sure but I think it's ok as long as you put a small disclaimer stating the date and time the price comparison wad made and don't use/include the argos logo in any way.
Anyone verify?

No sales - so it looks like this strategy doesnt work apart from giving argos a mention and further spreading their name about.

Did you sell that particular item on a regular basis before you put the Argos price on?

Maybe you were getting no sales because nobody went to your page or site - what analysis have you done?
