Why is that? They aren't insured for non-delivery as far as I am aware; although it would encourage a scammer to take more than you have requested (which is covered..)
Credit Cards are covered for non delivery it is under section 75 of the credit card act and still covers you for internatinal payments as well for non delivery you can claim this without even contacting the supplier just go straight to your card provider after 30 days of non delivery,There is also the chargeback option which covers the unauthorized use of your card as well
This does'nt mean you go out and splash your credit card around it is always good to practice safe shopping
It is time to teach this chinese scammers a lesson or 2 they are very bad people on alibaba and tradekey.
But the problem is they use our greed for quick profit.
