Reporting a Post is a way to directly report an individual post or thread to the forums moderating team. Reporting a post is your direct link as a registered member of this forum to the staff who uphold the communities tough stance on certain members who choose to break the forum rules. This feature enables registered members to (by individual post) report any of the following; Spam, Unauthorized Advertising, Swearing, Abusive Comments and for any other reason that is deemed to have broken the forum rules.

First things first, this guide presumes that you are already logged in under your own username and are ready to report the conflicting post. Navigate your way to the thread where the post is located and proceed with the following steps to report the post to the moderating team:

Step One: Below you can see an example of a thread created for this guide. In real circumstances you would choose the post you are planning to report. As shown in the image below, directly below the post you wish to report you will see a "Report Post" button. (See Red Arrow).

Step Two: Click this button and you will then be taken to a page that looks like the one shown in the image below.

Step Three: In the provided box please provide your reasons for reporting the post. Please provide as much information as possible in this message to aid the moderator who will deal with your reported post. Please note: Reported posts and the reasons provided by you are between you and the forum moderating team only! Reporting a post is completely private between you and the moderators, no other member will be notified or indeed know that you have reported a post.

Step Four: When you are happy with the reasons for reporting the post please click the "Send Report" button and a moderator will deal with your report as soon as possible.
