Hi Steve,

About the insurance thing, could i/we pay an extra premium to insure all products that you send?

Also, is the £1.50 the actual cost to use this service or the postage cost?

Sorry for the newbie question and thanks

Bobby

Hi Bobby,

We cannot supply insurance cover, £1.50 is the postage cost from a pre-load of £250+

Regards,
Steve

Due to the vast amount of orders already being taken, we now have to limit ourselves due to accessive workloads... Once one customer's pre-load balance has ended, we will then allocate that place to the next potential customer.

Only 2 spaces now available.

Steve, this doesn't make sense at all....

Then you're not looking for long term customers?

Only so much we can take on - wasn't expecting it to take off like this at all... Repeat custom is what we're after, but if they don't want to keep their space by topping up the pre-load once it has ran dry & all their orders have been fulfilled (all stock sent out - nothing left to go) then that space will be allocated to someone else to keep the service rolling.

You're going to have to scale quickly, you don't want to stumble now that you've got such a good thing going with this service.

My brother uses this service for a few of his parcels and it has been very good based on what he's told me, can't fault the offer Steve is offering at all by the sounds of it and he is very happy
