Who is responsible if storage place burns down and customers goods go up in smoke? Or if storage place get burgled? Have you got the insurance in place?

It states in red 'insurance not included'. I also missed this the first time I read it.

I guess you will need storage insurance.

Good question...

This is home based, i can assure you that no burglaries have ever taken place here - but for peice of mind, i will personally replace cost should this happen (which having lived here for almost 3 years, i know for certain it won't). However no insurance is included once the item is dispatched from here on route to the customer.

Some may take to this, others may not... i would advise do a small run, if you like it repeat or go for a bigger package for better prices.
