Just a reminder that we offer a worldwide pick & pack service!

We have a 7500 sq ft warehouse in County Durham UK and I currently have 5 staff plus more on the way so are perfectly capable of small or large projects ranging from sending a few items a day to 100's of items a day, from small items to DVD's to large items like TV's.

We send post out every day and receive very good discounts from Royal Mail and other couriers due to the bulk mailing we do for our own business and others. Therefore the savings we can give you on postage costs could just well cover our fees!

We have a large range of packaging materials in stock including 5 sizes of poly bags, plenty of boxes, small and large and much more.

We have a Royal Mail collection every weekday at 5.45pm so anything ordered before 4pm can go out the same day with any postage method you like - first class, recorded, special delivery, international airmail, airsure, next day courier etc etc.

So, if you have a requirement whether it be short or long term please let me know your requirements including the items you sell, quantity and how you want them to go (first class, recorded, courier etc) and we can work out some prices.

Hi, I am based in Durham as well, what sort of discount can you get from royal mail.
For large shipment (over 10kg) I would recommend DHL, they cost only £19.95 all around UK.
However, if you have such large warehouse, I think we can arrange some business.

A couple of example postage costs.
Packet weighing 500g sent within UK - normal RM price £2.14, ours £1.62
Packet weighing 2KG sent within UK - normal RM price £6.55, ours £3.81
Parcel weighing 10KG - you say £19.95, we charge £6.50
Packet weighing 500g sent within Western Europe - normal RM price £3.54, ours £2.40
Packet weighing 2KG sent within Western Europe - normal RM price £11.29, ours £6.90
Packet weighing 500g sent outside Western Europe eg USA - normal RM price £6.51, ours £4.12
Packet weighing 2KG sent outside Western Europe eg USA - normal RM price £23.26, ours £15.60

You will then have a packaging and handling fee depending on what you're sending.

so how does it work, how would we get the packages to you to send them out, does it work like if i send you a pallet with 400 phones for example do i then sell them and send you the address for each individual phone to be sent out?

Yes, pretty much You either send us the goods from your address or get them sent straight from your supplier to us. You then just email the addresses to us and we create a packing slip and ship the goods the same day.
