We have 13 over years of experience sourcing, producing and shipping from Bali.

The Catalogue: All products are custom produced from the time of ordering -- production lead-time varies from 2 weeks for small & simple items, up to 10 weeks for first-run furniture orders (repeat orders of the same furniture are usually quicker -- 6-8 weeks).

Our Location: We're a fully registered, wholly foreign-owned company based in Bali. We've also opened a limited company in Uxbridge to handle UK sales, services & logistics.

Stock/Quantity Available: No UK stock available at this time but if you are interested in any of our catalogue items, drop us a line with details and we'll confirm back to you if stock will be available on the next container from Bali (due in the UK September 2009).

Minimum Order: £200.00

Prices: Prices are Ex-Factory, Bali -- meaning all shipping and freight-related charges are not included -- we will estimate all your shipping-related fees before confirming your order. Note: you'll need to fill out our Request for Prices form online to access pricing.

Payment Methods:
* PayPal (and, via PayPal: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo)
* TT/Wire Transfer

Shipping Methods: We'll be happy to organise your shipping out of Bali -- the usual range of long distance shipping options apply:
* Full Container
* LCL
* Air Cargo
* Courier

Simply advise us your wish list of items (product codes and quantities) and we'll advise you the best method and get you full, up-to-date quote on shipping and all related fees.

If you have already set up you're own shipping method out of Bali or anywhere in Indonesia, we'll be happy to work with your cargo agent or freight forwarder.

Starting this year, we'll also have regular container shipments coming into the UK and will offer space aboard at good pricing -- definitely more competitive than LCL -- contact us for details if you're interested.

Additional Fees: As noted above, prices are Ex-Factory, Bali so you'll be liable for all shipping and import-related charges.

The minimum is £200.00 (pounds sterling). That's UK buyers only. Let me know exactly where you saw the US$2,000.00 noted and we'll fix that.

information for Buyers If you're a wholesale buyer, first we would ask that you take three minutes and fill out a simple form. We need some basic information about your company before we will send out wholesale pricing.
We ship 20' 40' and 40' High Cube containers. (For your information, a full 20' container usually averages from US$7,000 to $12,000.)
Please note that our minimum order is US$2,000.00.
You need only to fill out the form one time, submit it and you quickly will be e-mailed access to our wholesale prices. (Obviously, we don't want to send our pricing out to the general public -- please cooperate with us by providing some reasonable information that proves you're a qualified buyer. This isn't punishment...it's smart business.)

Apologies for not being so quick the second time around -- I've been out all afternoon.

You're looking at the global site (indonesiaexport.com) based in Bali rather than the UK site: http://www.indonesiaexport.co.uk.

The UK side of the business is such that we can offer a slightly better service: lower minimum orders, a full return policy, etc.
