If you do provide insurance how do we know if the goods have been dispatched or if some has gone stolen in your warehouse?

Futhermore, what is the monthly/ weekly cost of us storing our stock with you?

Is there a minimum terms we need to be with you?

Which company do you send the parcels with?

If the goods get damage while in your procession or during transit who will be liable? In addition, the we put through a claim form for goods damage during transit due to insusficient packaging would you be helf responsible to replace and resend the stock?

When items are delivered we ask for a stock checklist - we then do a stock check to ensure everything has been received. If anything is missing you shall be informed.

You will know when goods have been dispatched as you will be issued with tracking numbers & confirmation e-mail.

There is no weekly / monthly cost of stocking your goods here - it is all included in the price.

Should your items require more than a jiffy bag, we would require that you supply the packaging materials. There is no "in-transit" insurance, hence why the prices we offer are probably one of the best out there.
Thanks for letting me know that that there is tracking facility. Can I ask who this which courier would this be be travelling with as this would give me a good idea of the service I will expect to receive.

Plus if you have received the goods and a carton/pallet goes missing before they get shipped out then would you be liable to replace that pallet/carton?

This is a very ideal idea!
I always need packages delivered to me but Im never really at my address during the day 9-5 so I can never actually order in as much as I would like. If your able to accept packages in on my behalf and repost them out then that would be great.

Can you repost anything aslong as the boxes/packaging are provided?

How would we pay for this, Pay as you send or have a Credit agreement to pay at the end of each week etc?

Cheers, Andy.
