Question Selling Clothes... Do I Need A Licence/Permission?

Hey all,
Ok so ive made an online clothing store and its all set up, have gathered the funding, found my supplier... And im just about to make my first order when something popped in my head.
Ill be selling clothes by Disney, Next, and top brands like FCUK, Addidas etc... Do i need a license or permission from these companys to sell there stuff?
Hope not as ive gone through all this now and dont want to be knocked back by this!

Any info is really appreciated... Andy.

CFL messaged me some helpful info about its best to check by asking the brand/and or trading standards about it first. But ive also been thinking some more about this... Shouldnt it be the case with every item then? Well known brands like Sony, electrical stuff, you would of thought if you need a license for selling clothes, you should for electricals, and almost everything everyone sells!
Ill be checking with trading standards later anyway as I dont want to risk it being fined or anything like that.

My gut feeling is that most people probably wouldn't bother getting a license, but i'm with you,i dont like the prospect of beeing fined etc..,or worse

Yeh, I cant imagine many other people bothering with one to be honest. But probably better to be safe than sorry eh.
