Default Starting a web business and dropshipping

I want to start a web based business using dropshippers to supply my products. I know what to do to set up my domain name and how to incorporate, but I am pretty clueless about choosing a dropshipper. Any suggestions on who would be good and where to find them. I have spent roughly a month searching the internet and seem to be more confused then when I started. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Dropshipping is a numbers game, not retail price but margin versus volume. Everyone assumes that consoles and other electrical are the way to go but alas they are not. Research is the key, I have used a number of dropshippers in the past selling items for £30 and clearing £10 profit but selling 100's a week..

I was hoping to keep my options open. My main sales area would be consumer electronics, video games, as well as other options. The business could sell items that are not consumer electronics also. I have read many people saying that the electronics market is saturated, but I still feel that there are options open.

I would love to find a product like that. I realize that it is a numbers game, not always large profit margins. Any suggestions as to who a good dropshipper is to start my business with?

Again it really is product driven, determine what you want and then research the dropshippers that come into question. Do not limit it solely to the Internet as you will get no where, approach wholesalers in your area and ask if they offer a service etc etc

The thing is that no one will be very willing to give up their suppliers, I have a mobile supplier that will willingly drop ship for me because of teh business I can push his way however I will not reveal it to anyone (he also does this for a few other customers).

Same, All of my suppliers will do this for us from the business we have thrown there way, even if its just 1 order of 1 item if we dont have the stock.

Best researching, this forum is great for advise, getting supplier details, well thats another question. Some people will offer a suppliers details, but at a price, but even still.

Find a product you like, and are aware off, there is little point selling ferrari's if you dont no anything about them, whare as you are aware about everything for ford. If you get what im trying to sell.
