Hello!

I am from Sweden and planing to start a webshop only for Swedish customers with brand cosmetic makeup like MAC, Bobbi Brown, Smashbox, Shiseido...... Is that legal to buy from a wholesaler and just resell it or do I need to get permission from for example MAC Cosmetics. If I sell these brands and that is not legal can I get jail or how does it work?

If the items you are selling are from a authorize wholesaler in Sweden you should be ok. I sure you have a business documents..
