Partnerships work when there is one boss. If you are a chef and I am a business man. I open a restaurant, I employ you as a chef and to incentivise you I give you a share which grows year on year.

You are my partner but I am the boss.

That is the only partnership you should consider.

Get prepare, do researches, study your competitors, subsitutes and YOURSELF!

Why risk? Is it neccessary?
"On the battlefield, you don't risk for victory; you are there to confirm your victory!"

What if there are unknown factors or risk?
"Why worry? aren't you prepare for everything and anything?"
"The first plan doesn't work? goto secon plan, third plan, or 4th plan!"

Stay calm, engage problems slowly. Why rush to the problems when you can't solve it?
