Default Starting a Mobile phone business

Hello everyone.

I am looking to start up a mobile phone business. I am originally from Russia, so please excuse my English. My partner and I, we are looking to start phone business in London, but we don't know where to start. We want to sell all the services (T-mobile, O2, Orange, and so on) plus our own service and phones. Please advise, what do I have to do to sell those services?

Thank You in advance

The contract market is dead!

All the networks sell better deals direct. Distributors for the mobile networks are now very strict who they take on and are only interested in quality business connections such as SME's.

Unfortunately you are 10 years too late.

If you are not already a big player in this market or have a spare half billion lying around, don't bother. All the wee independants were either bought over or shut down years ago. A few stragglers left who already have lots of experience in this market but I wouldn't dream of attempting to muscle in now

I agree with greedyboy, I was in that market 10 yrs ago, got out of it three years ago, just in time as they say.

Look into something else that will make a profit.

If you're originally from Russia you'd be better off by sourcing some sort of products from there and make money by importing and selling them in UK. I have a friend who makes killing on eBay by selling crystal glasses. He buys directly from factory in Russia for a few $ per set and sells them on eBay for $50+.

Hi - the quick solution is send me your money and look for another business to start!

It is an oversubscribed market dominated by a few distributors. Unless you have several million to throw at it, you are wasting your money! Even with several million, it is a waste!
