Think though, if the site becomes succesful, why would she sell the copyright? Also, does she comprehend how large of a job this is? It takes several different coding 'languages' to be able to create a site like that from scratch.

well shes doing a degree in the thing so im guessing so, and its a chance people like me have to take at times with the lack of finainces we have
