What I think people might be getting at is if you are setting up a PLC, why are you trying to skimp on the registration fees? Surely you can afford to do this via the appropriate route?
We aren't intentionally trying to undermine your knowledge, merely trying to assist as best we can.

yep i agree
____
I was shocked you were questioning a £200 registration fee, when the other financial implications are huge!

whichever company sets it up for you it will be very unlikely and unusual if they do the minutes of meetings etc.... they may publish them for you... but you will have to supply the information i.e the actual minutes. As above it seems a little incredulous that the financial costs of set up seem to be no problem but the minimal costs of registration should prove worthy of reducing. But the question is difficult to address because of the lack of details, information and expected end result [what you are trying to achieve]

To add to this thread, these are the sorts of discussions you should be having with your legal advisor, not really with forum members. (Not to do anybody any injustice but I don't think any of us here are versed in Law?!)
I assume you have taken adequate legal advice before reaching your decision to register a PLC?
