hi,

i want to set up a PUBLIC limited company does anyone know a good website who does all the work

someone told me of a webiste that just charges £49.95 but i cannot find it

i just want to give

my name
the Secretary name
company name

i want the website to fill all forms/minutes of meeting etc

some websites are charging well over £200+ thats way to much!

Dont really understand why you want someone else to do the work for you? Whoever fills in the forms the information has to come from you, minutes have to be taken from meetings that take place.

You want a Private Limited Company (Ltd) I'd imagine!

Just search Company Formations through Google.

youve got £50k worth of shares you wish to sell and wish to sell shares to the public?

with the requirement of 2 directors

I think you need to look at the difference between a Public (PLC) and Private (Ltd)Company!

i have, yes again i say PUBLIC not private, yes i know you have to have to 50k etc and also the share thing ,

just want a good cheap website to set it all up, they all are expensive, so if anyone could be of help that would be great , also i am looking for finance brokers as i will be applying for a loan at a later stage
