Ok i want to start out small basically I want to buy a box of these certain items and sell a bit more to a shop to make some profit... now the question is do i need to have a license or something to import and sell to shops ? And another question... im thinking about opening an urban wear buisness online for my country only what i want to do is just post prices and pictures a website and deliver the items myself, do i need a license to do this ? or something else ? and does anybody know of a good wholesale for original urban wear clothes such as Ecko, Rocawear, G-unit etc? and last question, how much do you think i should invest in this urban wear buisness ? ( i want to start small so big ammounts).
I dont know about Malte per se but you dont usually need a license to import and ddistribute unless you are dealing with hazardous or dangerous goods or animals.
Most all of your questions are local. With you being one of few (if any other) Malta residents on the forum, you're going to have to check with someone locally.
If there is some sort of City Hall, that might be your first stop. Since there is usually money involved with a license, checking with the agency that collects taxes would also be a good start.
