Why would I retire when I have only just started? Not even in my 30's yet.

Cant go wrong in property, may be dull but the end of the day figures are all that count. Last crash i did exactly that used bonus to buy couple of houses then carried on. If you want excitement with it either play the market with a percentage or get a broker, WD, EuroLand, etc are ok but going for others that are no so well known is where money is to be made especially on the quick and you get a buzz that you couldnt get anywhere else.

Do not buy a share in a racehorse, sure it seems glamorous on the surface, mingling with all of the millionaires, however the "hidden" costs which joe public do not see are really really expensive.

True, i lost a little bit of the profit i made on them the week before. Didnt realise another big bank was going to have problems.

Here are my two top tips:

Desire Petroleum - Oil exploration

Aricom - Iron Ore

Obviously the market is very volatile at the moment but those two seem look very positive. Desire have potential oil in the Falkands and could start drilling as soon as January. Aricom have the potential to supply China with all their Iron Ore for the next decade at a price of $10 a tonne instead of $75...
