I am launching a new 32 page mail order catalogue next Christmas (well it will be launched in time for Christmas).

If anyone can sugest or offer any advice on a name so I can et the ball rolling, logo's done etc.

So far I have Toyz Direct 2 U (mainly because the domain is available)

Don't know of a name, but I'd avoid '2 U' and replacing 's' with 'z'. It sounds tacky in my opinion.

The same thought did cross my mind to be honest. The reason for the above name was mainly because the domain is available but I guess as its a mail order catalogue, Having an exact matching domain is not that important.

If a domain is taken, don't forget to look on www.sedo.co.uk. I've brought a couple of domains off there before, it's worth investing a little extra for a good domain.

Just a question, how much will it cost to print the catalogue? I am running a small catalogue around the nursing homes I work in and alot of stuff seems to be selling... Its only a small 5 or so pages right now but I have a current supplier that is offering many many toys...

Still looking at quotes but the average seems to be around £1200 for 1000 (full colour, glossy etc)

Are you just selling toys in general or are you targeting a specific range/ area?

Its Toys in genral really. The project itself is still at the planning stage but so far I have been looking at branded toys, mainly for ages 3-10, also planning on adding Childrens DVDs, Disney DVDs.
