Default Ideas no action!

I hate the fact that I am one of those people who have all the ideas in the world but dont take action on them and just sit thinking of the next one.

My problem lies with the fact my ideas are more niche and harder work than consumer electronics so I am afraid to take the first step incase I fail I cant afford to lose money, which is why I keep returning to spending hours on end looking for dropshippers of consumer electronics to make money to implement my other ideas and end up achieving nothing but wasted time on things that dont exist.

pointless thread just a rant to myself

Anyone else like this? What finally got you going?

The one thing that hold many of us back is a fear of failure. You WILL fail at some point in your life. Many self made millionaires have a string of "failures" behind them. The thing about "failure" is its the only way you can learn anything.

Its these failures that gain you vital experience. The one thing that you just cannot learn from simply researching.

My advice is give it a go. Think of the worst case scenario. Learn to deal with it, come up with a contingency plan and then go for for it.

I actually was just about to post the same thing Craig..

No-one and I mean no-one has no failures behind them, it is wjat we learn from as Craig says.

Though if you go in with that mindset, one thing is for sure, you probably will fail.. Sorry to say that but we get what we focus on.

As craig says, try not to look at things as failures, if it doesn't work change coarse and try another way, you won't run out of ways to try "and they all don't cost money"

I started with nothing, no overdraft, no loans, only hard work and a mindset of sucess.

Go for it

"Niche" Thats were the profits are!
Everyone is doing consumer electronics and some are making good money, but it seems a niche product with little competition and good marketing is going to pay off better than small profit margins in electronics.

Get where the sensible money is and create a good Niche

Fail to prepare and prepare to fail.

Have the ideas, and choose one. Stick with it, and don't give up. Keep going no matter what. You will get set backs and customers from hell. But they will pass. Its the ones who carry on through the rough, that end up like diamonds!

Plus you also know wheres there is a good forum to post a 'I'm struggling and need some moral support' thread.

So do you think I should just ignore any consumer electronics related ideas etc. and concentrate on one of my 2 ideas which target a smaller market but less competition and will take a bit longer to build up.
