Hi guys

Im looking to open an ebay store selling protein powders, vitamins, creatine and all of the rest.

Basically I am a little bit skeptical because I am worried there is no way to compete agaisnt the big boys.

I have the knowledge, suppliers and ebay experience.

Any advice or help on the best way to beat the big boys would be great.

Thanks

Bigkipper

Can you compete on price? The new bestmatch feature heavily benefits those with a low price and a good product

Try to be different, separate yourself from the competitors. Few ideas:

* Quicker delivery
* Better guarantee
* Free bonuses (ebooks, guides etc.)
* Loyalty program
* Different products (Brands)

Thanks for all the help so far guys.

As I have a low amount of working capital I am going to try to sort out a 30 day credit, and only stock the top ten selling brands.

Thanks and any more tips would be great.

I found my ebay selling picked up once I spent some time and made myself a good looking template, so it might get you that extra few sales that can make all the difference.

Yeah it is possible, i used buy from myprotein in a few years back, cheap no frills packaging. They Whey protein would turn up in clear plastic bags. Very competitive on price too. If you can offer similar service then you'll be onto a winner.
