When mentioning customs and having them for excuse to the delay of the shipment this is prophetic because the seller told me he got pressure on the factory and here he says that this is custom problem, products are not in the customs and even haven't been delivered yet. To prove authentic I think that we can involve in POLO.COM and have it to decide if those are it's products like seller claim, if not I don't think that they would be pleasant to hear some one is selling fake and damaging their selling's. From seller: ELIOT LETTS on 12/18/2006 05:13 PST Our items are authentic, we have store receipts to prove this which we had to submit to vero in order to sell on ebay. We do about 40% business on ebay. The rest of our business is direct order. This buyer was not a ebay buyer. It is not against any rule anywhere in the world that I can ONLY sell products on ebay. I sell on three other auction sites and direct as well. The buyer is the pickiest person I ever met. Complainging things about the shirts which are part of the style. They say hem is shorter in front then back. WELL its supposed to be, look at their website. This is how the shirt is made. Buyer complained of a white thread in the shirt. Have they never see clothes before? At any rate, We told them very very clearly, we normally ship items out within 10 business days. We never said how long transit is because it depends on their country customs. They like some shirts and not others. We have a no return policy but I offered buyer to allow a return. However as my policy and paypal, he must return the items. I can not offer refund for items which have not been returned. There is nothing wrong with the items, he should sell them but, he wants to be picky on every small detail. This is the first time ever I have had a buyer complain about quality. Ever ever ever! I state again. Return must be sent in reasonable about of time. Buyer must tell me what he is returning AND why. Once items are received back, a refund will be given for those items. Until items are received back, no refund will be issued.

As an honest man and not an outlaw I wanted to have authentic products now as the products I had purchased in the past that were fake to. The purchase was at 29\11 and till today I got 45 shirts from 65 after seller guaranteed shipment after 10 business days. When had the pack of the shirts I was shocked. I found fake products also, with bad sewing and bad quality as you can see at the pictures bellow in this link ( http://new.photos.yahoo.com/popai886644/album ). When applying for the seller about the products he said that he can't see the issues in the shirts and she weren't admit on the fake products even after sending her pictures of authentic one. She claimed that these are sellable and if I want to return them that would be on my bill. I can't apply to Ebay by a fraud because the deal was set on the e-mail, this is also an Illegal act that seller sell items published on e-bay, without paying the fees, to earn money I guess. Shipping the items back will cost me no less than 200$ if not more and not to mention customs and money I have paid to the delivery company. I can't tell you how disappointed I am this is the second time I've been cheated. Seller told me that products are sellable. I have only sold because no one wants to get fakes, and I don't want to be an outlaw. Please dear Paypal team help me with that, seller wont listen to me I got all the mails to prove it, she claim she haven't got any issues like mine never, and that she have good ebay reputation so that best she can do is to let me send the products back by my charge. Please do not encourage fake activity and please bring my money back.

sorry to hear you were saddled.

She wants the product back first before refund. Is this to make sure you dont go to RL and get her closed down. The cost of returning the goods is not going to be refunded by her so is it worth your while to send them back. Maybe better to get her closed down and her paypal acc frozen. Maybe then paypal will consider a refund or she comes clean and refunds you.

Contact RL complaints department and tell them you have bought what you think to be fake RL shirts from a seller you sells quite a lot of these over the internet. Explain the situation that you dont want to be involved in selling counterfeit goods. Hopefully they will request you to send them a sample for inspection and the contact details of the seller.

If RL then go to ebay about this then ebay will 'listen' (Im not sure if RL are part of the VERO). Even though you bought ouside ebay but used their paypal system her ebay and paypal acc will probably be frozen and you may get your money back thru paypal.

I know someone else who done this with fake Diesel jeans and got their money back so their is some hope.

Im not sure if its best to keep the seller updated on the situation as she might close up shop and dissappear...maybe a quick email to say that you are sending a sample to RL if you dont get all your money back incl. P&P, duty etc...

Maybe someone else would like to comment on that
