Default Please help i've been fraud

Please dir people help me, two days ago i got shippment form supplier of ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/25-NWT-Ralph-Lau...QQcmdZViewItem

He claimed 100% authnticy gurnteed and please look what i got

http://new.photos.yahoo.com/popai886644/album

When applaying to the seller she said that they are authentic and they are sellable.
She told me that if i'm not happy i can bring them back in my charge, but why i should those are fake products with alot of sweing isuues, and this is not why i orderd.

More over you can look on its store in Ebay and sell all the products those are not her products pictures those are RL official site pictures.

I havent bought the items from her in Ebay i did it by mail with PAYPAL and this is against the Ebay policy when you are selling items that published on the site with out having a sell on the site, i you got what i mean.

Seller said she can find the issues in the shirts and that they are all good and authentic. Also she said i'm the firts man to claim such things on the products and that she have good ebay reputation.

I've alredy applied PAYPAL but it would be answered only in max 20 days.

Help me what can i do??? where can i find a real wholesaller with authentic products?

Thanks.

paypal should be able to get your money back but im sure you will be required to send the goods back.

Also i suggest taking the shirts to Ralph Lauren to check the authenticity and also tell them that you bought them from this seller on ebay and im sure they can have ebay stop her from selling the fakes on ebay.

Good Luck

Firstly it is 99% certain that these items would be fake in the first place as they are far too cheap, secondly all you do is check any negative feedback she has received, very easy to do, so here it is.

WARNING shirts are fake, seller requires positive feedback before issuing refund

I question the product's authenticity

ITEMS SENT WERE FAKE - TOOK TO RL TO COMPARE – DEFINITELY FAKE, SELLER LIES!!!!!

HIS POLOS R NOT REAL I ASK 4 A NEW SHIPMENT R MY MONEY BACK AND HE NEVER REPLY

Shipping was excellent, but the Polo shirts are quite obviously counterfeit

Just a few and she never denied it, you really have to be careful with counterfit goods on ebay and just cos they say they are not fake, certainly does not mean they are not.

Don't wait one day. Go ahead, report to ebay, paypal, polo and god. I don't care.

My shirts are authentic, I know it, there is no doubt. I am not required to sell on ebay either. We do most our business direct. Ebay makes up a small percentage.

Polo knows the shirts are real, because I have a receipt.

I am not going to argue this point. The more protest you make, the more I know there really is nothing wrong with the shirts. Have you tried to sell? Perhaps a couple shirts may not have good sewing, but not them all....not for sure. If you wanted 100% perfect shrits you should have gone to the mall and sorted through their shirts...and paid retail, like everyone else. But you didn't, you wanted a good deal.

I don't care if you say return is $200. Its not even 1/4 of that amount. You have not gotten shipping quote. You will not get shipping quote until I get you return addres and I will not get you return address until you tell me which items you are returning and exactly why.

So lets get the ball moving here okay?
Enough complaining and messing around. What do you want to return and why?

Warm regards,

-Amy.

Just wait until the PayPal case is over and if you lose, threaten her with court action unless shes from China then pray on Paypal doing the right thing.

No offence but next time just go through the feedback, anyone who doesnt is either lazy or asking for trouble, it is very easy to do and it I would rather take previous customers views on if they are fake, than hers.

Strange how she keeps saying she has a receipt and then never reacts to feedback saying they are fake!!!!
