Liquidation.com - Electronics
Has anyone had any experience buying from these guys?
I am looking at the electronics (Customer Returns) and the manifest states how many are working and how many are not.
What I am concerned about is how accurate is this info and will they actually be in that condition when they arrive with me in the UK?

I know people that have used them and have not been impressed. Shipping can be very high and the manifests are not always correct.

I am planning to arrange shipping myself and I am dealing with lots that are in the Liquidation warehouse and have been check by the company..
Are these lots normally better? or just as bad?

I would have more confidence with lots in their warehouse. Is there a return policy?

They are in the Dallas warehouse and have been power tested by Liquidation.com and manifested.
It says this:
Notes: The global inventory being sold contains customer returns AND products were power tested. Please review all photos to better see the condition of this particular lot. Inventory is on a lot by lot basis and may have a wide range of conditions.
and this:
These assets are offered "as-is, where-is" with no returns, guarantees or claims as to working condition.
But it does say the number in the lot that did pass the power on test.
What do you think?

This is the key. The legal part. If they send you a box of junk, you're stuck. But then again, nothing ventured - nothing gained. I'd start with a small order first to see how it goes.

Start very small, you might be better going to Argo Clearance as they are at least in the UK.

Try going for graded pallets, at least then you know what to expect rather than 'raw returns' etc.
I think graded electricals will be safe to sell without an electricians stamp of approval.
