When you say decent prices, with the budget you have then this will be hard as there is minimul mark up on computer related items and to get a marin that is worth your time then you would need to buy in large qtys.
With your budget try looking at getting some second hand PC's(or knackered ones) and making a couple of good ones with good specs out of them and building from there.
