I've seen a lot of people talk about Chyannes on this website and I've seen the owner come back on the site to explain why the service has not been great.
I signed up to the service on the 29th of June 2006 and I was sent an attachment with all the games (about 780 games) that the owner told me would be on the site over the "Next two or three weeks", these games never appeared on the site.
Currently on their site they have about 250 games available to buy at "average prices" some are more expensive than in the shops and the majority of them do not have much profit in them and are old.
Not long ago, as members will be aware, Chyannes setup a service where they would send you text updates so that you would know when a product went out of stock and when they had added new products. I received roughly 10 of these (over a couple of months) saying that the site had been updated with 50 new products or that the site would be updated with over 200 products over the next week.... guess what, this never happened.
He even has a section on his site where he promised to have PS3 games and accessories available on launch, the site still says "The new playstation 3 will be released here in the UK in April 2007 please come back closer to the release date to get access to pre order games and accessories" and when you click on the link to go into PS3 games it says "Playstation 3 due for release 17th November 2006", this site obviously is not updated very often.
Also, the site has a section where he puts in "New Arrivals" and this has not been updated since the 30th of January 2007. At the top of that page it says something along the lines of "These games will be shown on this page for 7 days so you can easily see what has been added without looking through the website", Well its been there for about 3 months now!!.
I paid £100 for this service, I suppose its taught me a lot about dropshipping and about how you look into who your dealing with and get peoples opinions before signing up....
Is there anything I can do about getting a refund because his phone number on the website doesn't work and when you ring it it says "This mailbox is full and cannot accept anymore messages", he doesn't reply to emails very often and he won't give me a refund.
Is there anyone else who is a member and would like a refund, or does anyone know what I can do to get one.
I know he has been on this website before, so Charlie, If you read this, please give me a refund via Cheque to my House address on file.
Get back to me asap.

so atleast i've learn't something, though if he isn't doing things he says hes doing can't he be reported to trading standards or something ??
