Hi,

Does anyone have experience in dealing with this company http://www.everfunction.com/

Im currently using Chinavasion but i know they are only a broker so their prices are higher then they should be.

Ive also noticed http://www.everfunction.com/ have most products such as MP4/Mp3 that Chinavasion them self sell & they are identical so i am thinking this company may supply Chinavasion.

Thx guys, Im new to this importing and really cant afford to be ripped off at the moment!

Hi,

They are a good company, Reliable but are quite slow to ship the products...

And also although the products look cheap to us based in the Uk their prices are quite expensive compared to the actual value of the product (ie- Their MP4 price is around 50% more expensive then what it would cost to buy direct from a factory)

Over all a good company but they are just a broker not a factory

Also beware of import Duty & Vat it will be always be charged which for me it is fair enough since im a retailer but for people who are just ordering for personal use etc you will get charged a fair amount.

chrisb1983: Sorry, I can't find them I was sure that I had visited that site before from a link from a member on here. Just checked my history and it isn't there. Really sorry, maybe you could ask them to take another picture of their factory and ask for soemthing specific to be inlcuded in shot e.g. a recent newspaper. Don't know how willing they would be to do this if they are a big company though. If you planning on placing a really large order it may be worth going out and visiting their factory.

zatoichi: You usually get billed by the courier when they deliver your parcel, this is unless you have some kind of account with them were you will be required to pay it every month I think. Just search the boards and you will find a better answer that mine. Hope this helps.

I have a question about the import duty, do you get billed when the packages arrive or do the courier invoice you later?

When you check out you have a choice of delivery companys... I really have only used DHL and they bill you around 28 days later.

The import duty in general is never the correct amount so if you are trading you will need to declare the import to customs & if you are ordering above £700 (maybe £600 not completely sure of the threshold) you also need to complete a Psuedo turn form which you can get by contacting HMRC they will then issue you a number which will allow future packages to pass through customs more quickly.

If you dont complete these forms you can get in trouble with HMRC so its recommended!

Hi Chris, First of all thank you for your attention to wwwDOTeverfunctionDOTcom ! To be honest, I want to clarify some points here:

1, I have visited Chinavasion already, and they really a good supplier and trustful for dropshipper and small order buyers, and they are also just as a broker.

2. Everfunction Technology is a real facotry as you said, anyway it DID NOT supply Chinavasion products DIRECTLY before! I think most of their products are sourced from the market in Shenzhen(You will be amazed by the Shenzhen Electronic World when you come to see...).

3. EverfunctionDOTcom has the products what Chinavaion shows, that is true, but cannot assume (assert?) the products are sourced from it. For there are NOT JUST several factories manufacture those products!

Some may ask, then where does the products PATENT RIGHT belong to? Well, I don't get into dip this question and got clear answer yet. But as I learnt, the PATENT RIGHT may belong to the solution (also the IC provider?) the patent fee has been included in the IC BUYING PRICE. Some buyers asked me for PATENT RIGHT before but we can't provide I think that is the reason. They asked if it'sillegal if they want to print their LOGO on the product? I think it is legal(there are many big buyers want to print their LOGOs on the product who are from USA, Dubai, Australia,and so on.) Anyway it depends on buyers' country's law and also on SPECIFIC PRODUCTS! Such as you are forbidden to print your LOGO on the IPOD SHAPE mp3/mp4 player.

The last one, you will not scammed by Everfunction as long as I am working for it! Anyway I can understand your situation.

I have the impulse of pressing a lot of my own views here to let more buyers know about (understand) the China supplier, market here, but it will take quite some time to type it here as today I am still working. I will continue to do so on this thread/topic when I am free or on MY weekend/holidays. I have learnt a lot from this forum thanks to forum owner Thorny and I am sure I will make the misunderstanding between buyers and me erased more easily with the knowhow learnt here, so I also want to share some of views benefit to the buyers here.
